Shoujo mangas about teens that become pregnat, Akkan more on the comic side while Kami is more filled with the couples conserns good and bad. But both are on the cute side for sure. 

A young couple get pregnant in both. Akkan Baby is more comedy while 17 sai no mama has a more serious tone.  

Both deal with pregnancy. Akkan Baby is without a doubt the better of the two though.  

Both are very funny.In yamada is life about how he take care of his little brother an sisters  

Another cute and heartwarming story dealing with pregnancy and children. Kodomo no Kodomo is much more adult-like and, well, being about a real CHILD who's pregnant, does not contain very much comedy as Akkan Baby does, which is more oriented as a cute and shoujo manga. 

Young teenage girl gets pregnant accidentally. Thats about the only similarity so far and it hasn't been updated in a loooooooong time so I'm not really sure if there are more similarities.  

both cute innocent couples and touching stories when they get close to the end 

Same mangaka is involved. Similar art and comedy styles are what make these titles shine. 

These two mangas are very different though both are about adjusting to life after a pregnancy. Though Ichigo no Gakkou is about a pregnancy between a student and a teach and Akkan Baby is about a pregnancy between two clueless students 

Akkan in regular shoujo and Melancholic is BL and has a different storyline. but I feel like since I enjoyed one then I could also enjoy the other. Both have so little reccs when they're really good. 

While the stories are very different, both are bitter sweet and raise interesting questions about society and public perceptions (though I.S. is much more eye-opening), both have humour, good story lines and cheerful characters.
