Both are love stories between a younger boy and an older girl, and both of the main heroes are rich and high class (Soreseka's a king while Dear Mine's a heir/successor of some huge corporation) Both heroes are "too mature" for their age.

The story is not simillar but the setting is. In both Manga and Manwha the male lead is a younger person. However in BOTWG he becomes only young in the day time. Also the artwork is very breath-taking than dear mine.
