Seisei Doudou is a doujin manga written by Hiroyuki in 2019. I imagine it got a lot of positive responses because it got a full manga serialization later in 2020 as Kanojo mo Kanojo which lasted for 16 volumes.
The premise, as stupid as it sounds, it treats exactly that - "the consequences of having a harem" but in a funny and absurd way, keep in mind that this work's whole purpose is to make people laugh. We get 10 short chapters about the main guy character being caught in shenanigans in this new relationship with two girls.
The comedy is explosive, characters shout a lot, faces
...
and gestures are exaggerated, the pacing is fast. I personally liked that because it's the type of humor I want, an easy read with hilarious slice of life events and 2 cute girls. It's a very good promotion for the main manga, reading this you know what to expect, at least from the comedy aspect, Kanojo mo Kanojo adds drama and romantic elements.
Its only downside is the ending, it doesn't feel conclusive at all, it just ends like any other chapter, so I encourage the future reader to try it for the comedy and don't be fixated on the resolution of this weird relationship.
I recommend it to all comedy harem lovers who want a quick and explosive read. The artstyle is realistic while being a bit moe, very good backgrounds and detailed. It doesn't have that many ecchi scenes.
