From the same author, both manga have the elements of losing someone and how each of the main characters deal with it(except Q&A has more of a supernatural theme to it) If you've read any of Adachi's past work(Rough, Miyuki, Katsu etc), you will definitely like either of his latest manga.

Adachi Mitsuru series that differ from his usual fare thanks to the inclusion of a supernatural twist.

Adachi Mitsuru series about brothers, dealing with how they get along and how one deals with living in the other's shadow. Q and A is a lot more lighthearted than Touch, which in turn lacks Q and A's supernatural element, but the same author and the same story element make for an obvious comparison.

The storytelling in Monaco no Sorae is very similar to that to Mitsuru Adachi's. Both serialisations not only revolve around a male protagonist who moves into a quiet town, but also features elements comedy, drama, and romance wrapped within a slice-of-life aesthetic.

At core, these two series depict the relationship between the male protagonist and a spirit. In Q and A, it is between brothers. In My Lovely Ghost KANA, it is between lovers. Given the seninen tag for My Lovely Ghost KANA, expect mature content.
