Both of them have fmc in a very similar situation. The art style is pretty similar too. well if it makes a difference, both the fmc are white-haired lmao. Having well-established disciples who very much like to help them is another similarity.  

The fighting scenes are uncannily similar in terms of the mischievousness and the comedy. Both manga have extremely loads of good looking and powerful characters and not only that, the main protagonist is powerful and very respected amongst it's peers.
