A list of both mainstream and criminally underrated yuri/GL I’ve read that DO NOT take place in high school. There’s a lot of yuri centred around high school and middle school settings and certainly not enough between adults. Stories where at least one of the romantic leads has a number of braincells equal to or lesser than one, in the endearing kind of way. Like an LN, it is in the title. These are some lesser known manga I recommend giving a chance. All yuri. About 5 thousand members or less as of early 2023. Works in which the main protagonist has been in previous romantic relationships prior to getting together with their main love interest, or is established to have been in a romantic relationship prior to the events of the story. I'll be including everything I've read except for certain series which feel wrong and/or fetishizing. Feel free to let me know if you feel like there is a manga included in this stack that feels like it shouldn't be here. Mangas published from 2020 onwards. this stack was made for my own personal preferences for keeping up with my favorite type of adult yuri / lesbian josei romances! i personally lean towards stories about college age or older lesbian stories, as i’m an adult lesbian myself, and don’t always want to read about high school age romance (as wholesome as it can be!). if you’re looking looking for romance that is about women in their 20’s or older, then look no further! Recommended manga/manhwa that hasn't been adapted yet into anime part 5 manga with inclusive portrayal of love that seems realistic and won't make you cringe |
