Manga: Beelzebub
For both Beelzebub and Defense Devil, there is a mixture of both fun and action. The main characters from both series are hotheaded and often gets into trouble. However, they do care about their friends and comrades to their fullest. As character relationships go, the main protagonists gets off with a rocky start with the main girl from both series. However, their relationship brightens up more after various incidents. Both series continues plentiful amounts of comedy although Defense Devil takes turn on a more serious side later on.

Manga: Busou Renkin
An optimistic protagonist who cares about others more than himself. Extremely naive to point of stupidity. A tsundere heroine with a traumatizing past. These two manga are extremely alike in both character development and atmosphere wise.

Manga that have somewhat of a complex plot that links back to the past, which is revealed later in the story. Both contain a lot of comedy, usually happening between the major fighting scenes. Finally, these manga are based on the plot device of super power.

Shounen manga whose protagonists grow stronger as the stories progress. Both protagonists are misfits who think differently than everyone else in their communities which relies heavily on magic and supernatural power. Needless to say that the mc doesn't wield their magic/ability very well at first.

Both MC is a demon who fell in love with a human girl. And the adventures took place in the demon world. Filled with great actions, fight scene and subtle romance.

Both are mainly focused on comedy and action. Altough Defense Devil has a much more darker tone than One Piece, they explore similar themes and ideas (such as nakamas, jutsice, etc). If you're a shounen lover, you'll definitely enjoy both of these series

The creatures named as 'Ils' looked like the 'Shinigami' / 'Devils' in Defense Devil. The artworks is similar as well.

Manga: 07-Ghost
The only things that i can really compare between these 2 are the illustrations towards the scenes angles/action shots and the fighting scenes. The stories are completely different with a completely different cast of characters BUT between fighting demons with powerful magic and the journey that the lead character must go on...i can see similarities. Both very enjoyable :D

Manga: Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro
Both series' deal with a demon coming to the real world to solve various mysteries, murder cases, etc. They utilize their powers to do so, and gathering negative energy in the process to power them up, with occasional battles throughout. The main characters, however, are polar opposites.

Manga: Kyoukai no Rinne
Both started the same time,have aproximately the same chapters on the same magazine. Both series have a being trying to help the dead people solving sobrenaural cases,have a strange animal-like sidekick,the diference that one is a Demon fighting Shinigami(and others demons),the other is a Shinigami fighting evil spirits.

Manga: Death Note
Both are dark, death-centered manga that involve shinigami and are supported by a solid artstyle. While Death Note is psychological and complex, Defense Devil is a more typical shounen.

Manga: Blood Lad
These two serialisations revolve around male protagonists who share a similar distinction in that they have characteristics that go against what is considered natural for their heritage. For instance, in Defense Devil, the male protagonist, who is a devil, attempts to prove the innocence of sinners. Blood Lad, on the other hand, has a vampire protagonist who has no real interest in human blood.

At first you can't tell how are the two mangas similar. They have the same atmosphere (a group on a journey to save the world; the mystery of the female protagonists), and both mangas are comedies, a bit ecchi and very awesome! :D

Manga: Chrno Crusade
Both series are about an organization fighting demons, the main female characters somehow came from kind-of religious organizations and have a similar atmosphere. Chrno is so similar to Kukabara and Rosette is similar to Idamaria

Manga: Blast
They both have similar plots and have the same feel to them. Both are about devils vs. angels and well I don’t really want to ruin the plot but as the story progresses on they become very similar! Both are shounens and I think if you like one then you`ll definitely like the other.

both are action about devils, and hell, with people deaths, and some angels and religion. and also about heaven and hell.
