Both revolve around a female protagonist who constantly tease her brother in an attempt to get him to know that she is sexually attracted to him. 

Both of thse titles revolve around a female protagonist who is crazily attracted to her brother. 

Both about siblings love (incest), but in Kiss x Sis there are 2 sister and 1 brother, when in Oniichan Control 1 sister 1 brother 

Sisters showing their bodies to their brothers in order to tease/mentally torture them, knowing just how much their brothers want them, as they live together. The heroines in these two enjoy NOTHING more than seeing the male leads squirming in anguish over them. There are a few significant differences: #1: In Hozuki the siblings aren't actually related, and only got to know each other starting with middle school. In Oniichan the siblings are related. (Why they aren't related in Hozuki, yet everyone reacts as if they share the same blood (including the 'siblings' themselves), is beyond me...)) #2: Oniichan's sister is a manipulative yandere. Her brother doesn't know about her yandere side, or that she's as into him as he's into her. In Hozuki, only the 'brother' is shown to be 110% into his 'sister', and it ends without anything resolved. read more 

Also features a great deal of incest 

Both manga feature dangerous behaviour when the a girl is jealous of another girl over the boy she likes. (There's a term for it, think is Yandere).  

Both manga feature a cast full of interesting characters that drive the narrative and help deliver ecchi goodness.  

A bigger version of Onii-Chan Complex. - Both has Yandere like Little sister - Perverted feelings towards big brother - but Onii-chan control has twists and darkish. 

Simiral cast but completely different setting. There is no assurance both of shows fit to one shows fans. I have only read just a tiny bit of happy life so I can´t tell about the future. 

Same mangaka, some similar characters, and both seem to focus on events happening within the mansions. 

Relatively new (started in 2009 and 2012 respectively) manga that focus on brocon, siscon and comedy. Onii-chan Control has more likeable characters though. 

Ecchi titles that feature female protagonists with a profound desire to be with their brother. 

Both revolve around female characters who are obsessively infatuated with the male protagonist. 

Violent females and perverted moments are two things shared by these two series. 

Although these two series' asthetic may be different, both share a discovery element to the perverted world of at least one character. In Oniichan Control, the sister implements mechanisms by which she monitors her brother's building sexual tension towards her. In Ore no Imouto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai, the brother discovers his sister's attraction to hentai involving sibling love. 

Both series involve ecchi situations between brother and sister. 

In both titles, the male protagonist has a really strong attraction to his sister. 

Both of these titles feature a female lead who is obsessively infatuated with the male protagonist.
