This is only the series with over 100 chapters, there are many more titles available with less than 100 chapters which are also great series worth reading, this is only for those who might want some longer series.

It only says website in the title, but there’s also an app, however not every series is available on the app.

No sequel series were added to the list (Tokyo ghoul, Jojo’s), because they’re in the sequel series interest stack (and there’s no room anyway).

No. 147 would be the Himitsu Series of books. It's for children and I can't find it on MAL. It has 116 volumes and started in 1972, and has sold 23 million (June 10th, 2018).

In the world of the anime and manga industry, it is rarely seen that a female manga artist comes at the top of the chain. Most of the popular anime series are written by male authors. One Piece, Naruto, AOT, Jujutsu Kaisen, all these notable manga’s are from male artists. And, there is no end to this list. But, what about anime by female manga artists?

Well, women are mostly don’t get the credit that they deserve to be and the same goes for the female mangaka. Their work always gets suppressed amid some big names and don’t get that much exposure as they should have.

So, considering this fact, in this article we have come up with a list of some notable anime by female manga writers that established their name in the best manga works of all time.

Let’s get started then.

They are not gay, and do not wish to become women. They are just regular men who happen to enjoy cute things, cooking, cleaning, etc. In general things that are usually regarded as feminine.

This list is derived from The Anime Man's "The OFFICIAL Top 100 Manga Of All Time (According To The Internet) Is Actually Surprising..." video. The video goes over the results of an online poll that he created in which people could vote for their favorite manga series.

The poll, taken in 2018, garnered over 160,000 votes from the international anime community. This is a complete list of the results along with the total vote count for each series. The list is in descending order, meaning the manga with the most votes come first.

Some entries are omitted because they don't have a MAL page. This is usually because they're web comics or made outside of Japan. Those omitted entries are listed here:

Note: In the video, Joey accidentally counts all votes for Seven Deadly Sins and THE Seven Deadly Sins separately, meaning that there are technically 99 manga in this list. In the true list, Seven Deadly Sins would've been #13 with 1,795 votes. However, I've kept it in it's original position for the sake of being consistent with the video. THE Seven Deadly Sins garnered 271 votes, tying it with #89 (Aku no Hana), hence why there is no #90 on this list.
