I thought it was alright.
It started out fine enough, but I found it a bit uncanny how the main character went from what was portrayed as a regular convenience-store employee caught up in everything to a very resourceful expert in jury-rigging; going so far as to make alcohol distillation setups, centrifuges, and even reaching the stage of trying to make vaccines in a makeshift biohazard room.
She went from a typical helpless girl to the savior of mankind by the end of the manga, all in the span of a hundred or so pages. I felt that the "happy ending" was a bit forced as

a result. I would have much preferred that the themes were explored more deeply instead of trying to push forward the "conclusion."
There were plenty of routes this manga could have taken and many of them would have been "standard" or "tropey," but I personally would have preferred that over the developmental rush that was this story. Would I recommend reading it? No. Did I think it was bad? No, I just personally thought the development was rushed and odd.
