Both have storylines but are H series. Hishoka Drop is more about a conspiracy in the biz world, setting in an office. Tenshi no Marshmallow is about a salaryman-idol relationship, focusing on romance genre. 

In both manga, a guy comes and the original place is changed for the better. Harem and H genres. Hishoka Drop is in a corporate workplace setting while Ring x Mama is wrestling setting. 

Harem. Deep storylines beside ecchi stuff. Both of the main guy characters are kind. Both are settings in a workplace as well, although Love Junkies has occurences outside the workplace as well. Love Junkies is smut, adult while Hishoka Drop is hentai. 

These two series not only share a similar art style, but also a mature premise ingrained in sexual desires. 

Although Hishoka Drop is classified as hentai, Desire is essentially borderline. Both series follow a businessman and his sexcapades. 

Hishoka Drop may be hentai, but Koi wo Suru no ga Shigoto desu. is borderline. Both situate their characters in business settings and sexual activity.
