In short: The only good thing about this manga is the art and the character designs.
I don't really know what else to say. Its main issue is the overall plot, I guess they tried to make it some sort of Yamato Nadeshiko Shichihenge, as in the concept of the guys having to turn this manga loving plain girl into a fine woman (just without the comedy), but the result of it is not funny nor cute.
