Both manga have rangers as "heroes" and alien invaders as "villains". The major difference is that Villain's Day Off is fluff, while Ranger Reject is action/drama.

Both manga have a villain as a prespective and deal with superhero corruption

It has a similair vibe with alien like creatures coming to a city and having to create a on the spot army to fight these aliens. Also a wide array of characters.

Superhero politics and corruption. Both series deal with a hero based society, more or less. Whereas one is based upon mainstream comic book superheroes, the other focuses more on the Japanese Tokusatsu side of things.

Both mangas feature a villain's perspective (Footsoldier D in Sentai Daishikkaku and Delta in Golden Man) and explore superhero corruption. However, in Golden Man, both the supposed hero and villain are still amnesiac, so who knows what the future holds?

Both has a Super Sentai (Power Ranger) theme The different is one is focus on a forbidden Romeo & Juliet Romance then the action and the other focus on a Villain's Foot Solider wanting to beat the hero for loosing a lot and has a lot of action
