incredibly fun to read and super enjoyable, the chapters can be pretty short but still just enough to be a fun quick read
story is an 8 its very good pretty much just a slice of life with a ghost in your house, something that i do really like is theres no forced romance or any at all really, its just super goofy and fun watching these two do literally anything
the art is a solid 10 very good character design very consistent but also not too stiff very readable you can always tell whats going on no matter how ridiculous the situation very enjoyable to look

character is another 10 the characters are all so fun and funny in their own ways and dont blend together too much, you got the girl who keeps getting rejected by guys and gets drunk all the time, goofy ghost woman who doesnt speak, the neighbor who (slight spoilers for chp 34 ig) literally says at one point "ill be your girlfriend" when he thinks that the mangaka has an imaginary girlfriend, and a few others that each have really funny moments.
enjoyment is a full 10 100% its so enjoyable literally every minute i spent reading this was amazing its so funny so enjoyable and i honestly cant wait for more because its actually the best
overall 9/10 its very very very good and i love reading every chapter as soon as i can
also the ghost girl is cute
