So this was apparently a one-shot made when ODA was taking a break from one piece volumes. Its good. Sakamoto is basically a retired guy who is married and bought a store of there dreams. The only interesting thing is that the MC previous job was MURDER. So ya...Its a wholesome story about a guy owning and running a store with a side of MURDER. Since it was drawn by professionals it looks professional, just don't think to hard on the story, as its not supposed to be logical and you will be just fine.

Hm...need more characters ok...
The characters where quite funny.
The psychic was ... a fun character who who looked up to the MC and was a cool variable to read about.

Sakamoto is a very short story about a retired hitman, his current career as a cashier and a quirky side character.
==Story==
Whilst the story is very short, it does a good job explaining what each character does and how it resolves in the story later on. The story definitely feels lacking in places as it only revolves around very few characters but the story flowed well enough besides an odd section in the middle and satisfied me. The action scenes were exciting and were simply well executed from a writing standpoint using the abilities of the duo.
==Art==
I am not one that really critiques art and ... does not really pay attention to it as much as the story but reading this one-shot it is obvious the attention to detail is quite insane. There are so many things to be looked at as well due to them being in a warehouse shop and yet, I do not see any empty shelves. My only critique would be how the characters look, but this is something they work on in the serialized version.
==Characters==
The main characters in this one-shot are simply bursting with personality. Despite the chubbiness of Sakamoto and him barely speaking at all, he oozes badassery due to the tricks he performs in the action scenes. Shin is also quite the character, despite not having not as much built into him as Sakamoto. Shin is definitely a very good main character as well and utilizes his ability to read minds well, despite showing his inexperience he was still very fun to see the fight, as well as see other characters, interact with him.
==Enjoyment==
Do take a grain of salt as I am in love with the serialized version, but I am simply in love with this one-shot. It does not leave a bad taste in the mouth and nothing was bad. The mix of cutesy family manga and action with gore is something that usually does not work but I am glad it did here.
