Both of these are about couples who decide to get married after barely knowing each other, and then the rest of the manga is focused on watching the daily lives of the newlyweds. If you're into wholesome romance slice of life mangas I would highly recommend both mangas.

Both manga contain a very wholesome/cute relationship, used as a means to push the main plot, of cooking various foods. They both also give more detailed explanations/instructions on cooking them right

Both of these focus on the daily lives of a married couple.

Both are really wholesome manga dealing with people getting to know each other. Both have a theme of being outdoors (BBQ in Yaiteru Futari, camping in Yuru Camp) and both are pretty easily digestible.

A female and male meet each other and learn about enjoying the outdoors. Eating meals and camping are common in both manga but one is set in high school and one is set in adulthood.

both are a "wholesome" slice of life where the chapter usually end with cooking foods and make you feel warm etc

Both are slice of life romcom that follow the relationship of an adult couple. They are extremely similar with the cute, heartwarming moments and storyline as they show both also show the progression of the relationship. Yaiteru Futari just has food/cooking as a main part of the manga lol

Yama to Shokuyoku is more about cooking for one's self on hikes whereas Yaiteru Futari is a lovey dovey couple's eating together story but both present fun recipes to cook outside.

Cute romances based around a man who can cook cooking for his love interest and becoming closer. Tonari is general home cooking while Yaiteru is focused on grilling on a BBQ.

Barbeque and outdoor cooking has been having a boom in Japan for a couple of years now and both these manga reflect the trend.

Both manga have gentle romances centered around food and cooking.

Cooking Papa is the OG recipe manga, but the new-gen manga like Yaiteru Futari tend to be tightly focused on one subject- in this case, grilling! If you like gentle stories with cooking front and center, these are for you.
