The two of them have similar stories about someone who was rich or are still rich ,but right now they need money for one reason or another  

both have strong girl dating weak guy 

Both have similar style, even though one's a Manga and one's a Manhua (not that it means much..). But they also share the same type's of characters, the dominating girl (although in HM it's not that obvious), the guy's the one who gets dominated, both on a different way, but their feelings share the same value throughout the story. 

both these Manga are based around money, and both of the main girls seem to be obsessed with it. 

Both about orphans girls that are trying to recover something. Triangle is a cute one, Show me the Money a fun one... Anyway, try it!
