Since this manga has zero reviews, I might as well post something to any future readers.
Jiisan Baasan Wakagaeru is a collection of short stories, where an elderly couple managed to change their old appearance to when they were younger and how that affected their daily lives. How their friends and family react, some daily life stuff and at a point they will start off as showing how things were when they were an elderly couple and how those same things changed when they became an younger couple.

There are very few reviews of this manga, so I will do my best to express my impression of it. (Note: English is not my first language and this is my first review, so it may not be as good as a typical review.)
This manga tells the story of an elderly couple who suddenly becomes young again. The story starts with how their family and friends react to their transformation, and how the couple's sudden changes overturn how they behave in their usual daily lives.
