Disclaimer: I am writing this review for the sole purpose of getting as much attention to this manga and its writer as possible.
Written by the same author as Watashitachi wa Koi wo Shiranai, the art on this one is simply exquisite. I'm honestly in love with the art and even if it was not an "ecchi", I would still be infatuated. I can't put a finger on why the art captivates me but the hair, the eyes, the breasts.. everything is just exquisite like French cuisine.

Although is only has 8.5 chapters as of this post there is still quite a bit to say about this manga. It touches on a lot of what ecchi should be and the way to show that in a pleasing way to the viewers. In a time where the latest ecchi works are just whitewashed hentai I feel this was a refreshing step back to enjoy.
Story: 7 As ecchi stories go this one doesn’t touch on any new bases we haven’t seen before, however, the combination of the “neighbor,” “mangaka,” and “ditz” tropes all flow very well. It has good pacing with the development of the ...

If you thought that this manga would be an interesting ecchi or a turn-your-brain-off sorta deal, you'ld be correct. HOWEVER, within the 4~ years it's been out it's only gotten 13 chapters out in English; they are [i]a tiny bit more[/i] dubbed in Portuguese.
But since they are (probably) never going to dub more, you should not get invested. While it does have a good story, and fine art, and a fair amount of, y'know, "ecchi", the fact that it doesn't even have HALF of the chapters the Japanese one has makes it just pointless.
