Both have the same heroine a Boy and have many wholesome scenes. In terms of story and development Romance Koisuru (Otome) no Tsukurikata is way better, and you'll forget that Hiura is a boy when you read it. The storyline is also relaxed focused on the Slice of Life aspect and the number of panels for each chapter is not too many so you don't get bored while reading it.

Both have many wholesome scenes, focused on Slice of Life aspect. both Heroine Hiura and Mahiru also have somewhat similar traits. and the most important point is the warm chemistry between Hiura and Midou is the attraction of why you should read this manga.

Both are strong friendships, both are close, both are questioning things. Both traps are small and cute, both are straight with being boys. Both have a slow moving romance or train wreck ahead. Both discovering the boundaries between friendship and romance.

if you've liked this series definitely check out prunus girl because: 1. in both, the 'female' or trap lead crossdress which makes the male leads feel really awkward about their relationship to the female leads. 2.both of them are set in school, coming of age and therefore have a lot of feel good moments where characters learn about themselves and their identity and we also get all the good usual tropes of other high school anime 3. both have a lot of ecchi and epic fanservice cover art but there are definitely more spicy moments in prunus girl and it also has a bit more adult language and references  read more
