As a full disclaimer I only bought and read the first 2 volumes before giving up on this manga. I also read it in Japanese (I do speak it)
Compared to the original Dokumushi, this is that with the sex turned all the way up. The biggest issue with Ruins Hotel is that it just seems to try and inject as much softcore torcher porn as possible. If that's what I wanted from a manga I would hit up Hhentai. At the tim e of writing this review there are only two "Not Recommended" ones. Because of that I decided to write my own review to level the playing grounds a bit. Right from the start, if you have not read the prequel manga titled Dokumushi or if you did not like the prequel, I DO NOT recommend reading this manga. There is more gore, more nudity, sexual assault and more trauma.

Apparently my respect for the human creativity was too high for this shit. This is some rape-humiliation-kink porn where the characters have the intelligence of a caved in koala. The characters get raped in increasingly stupid ways, one girl goes in a room alone with a guy who attempted to rape another girl who was tortured previously (You can't make this up!) then proceeds to never bring it up to anybody else for no reason. The rapists get raped(this is a consistent theme), and -according to the narrative- this whole shit show is supposed to be some masterclass act maneuvered by one character. I'll bet
