Just like the last Lezhin manhwa I read (1 plus 1) it was good, but too short. I mean 84 chapters sounds like a lot, but they are 5 pages each, with 2 images per page, so this is more like 10 chapters of a regular manga.
This one had the added benefit of being pretty funny as well, but it was actually even shorter so not much happens overall.
The pacing was pretty slow, it even had a few chapters that felt like filler, it felt like they wanted to take their time and make a long run of this, like 500-1000 chapters, which is odd
...
since after 80 chapters we suddenly get like a 5 year time skip and then it just ends, but it at least tries to tie up any loose ends (all 6 characters end up or hinted to be in a present or future relationship)
It probably got axed after 80 chapters and then the author tried his best to wrap it up quick, which is far better than just abandoning it.
The main characters were pretty good and not as cliché as in Japanese manga. But what the story needed was a female rival (or even a gay one) but instead we got a male rival for some unexplainable reason, who's secret turned out to far less serious than I thought it would be. He just made the story worse overall.
The story was too short so forget about character development or even a proper story and that 5 year time jump also skipped what would have been the most interesting part of what was supposed to be a romance story.
Also you will never find out any of this prior to reading it since the Lezhin website has no ratings, ranking, reviews or even comments.
Overall I enjoyed it, but it's not worth a single coin.
