I could really do without that last extra chapter. I don't want to see him with the ex anymore. This story is interesting because we get to see two sides of Maa-kun - his domesticated and comedic side when he's with Hitoshi, and the genius, masterful side with his ex. It shows the complexity the manga has in stored and definitely what you didn't expect from reading the first few chapters and what the blurb has suggested. It was completely so much more.
