I am just confused after reading this manga. I started reading this manga with bad expectations. I expected it to be a boring manga with some psychopath girl and a virgin dude on an island.
The story initially took off to an better start than I had anticipated, it felt a bit realistic and a bit unrealistic at the same time, which I understood since it was trying to be a seinen tragic comedy. After reading just 9 chapters I can say that it is currently neither a comedy nor serious. The jokes in the manga try too hard to capture the "tragic life you ... have if you are a virgin in Japan".

This manga just makes me sad for Japanese men, are they really incels to this degree?

The art is pretty average not really pleasing neither is it something out of a child's art book. The characters are really stupid,"I am going to die if I do not have sex but I want to have sex with an amateur."

Currently it just feels like the story is progressing to become something about prison kind of place where the mc meets a crazy girl and the story becomes crap.

My final verdict is if you want comedy or tragedy this story gives none of them. There are plenty of better manga to read rather than this dumpster fire.

Virgin Extinction Island.

when i first read this manga i didnt know what to expect. The title itself being Virgin extinction island already intrigued me but once ive read it, this manga confused me alot. It's a manga that doesn't know what it wants to be. It first starts off in this high school setting where in 3 high school friends who are all virgins hears about the news of virgins dying once they reached the age of 18.

That start was pretty entertaining. Its funny seeing all these 17 year olds go and beg women for sex just so that they wouldnt die. The sudden shift ... of drama inside the classroom was pretty interesting as well as the reveal of the fake posers who are still actually virgins.

But just suddenly the pacing just went off with all the government being involved becoming this dark trapped isolated base with all the virgins.

Once that started everything just went off and my interest in it kinda drifted.
Though some of you may like this concept, i think the general audience doesnt rlly want it as most would probably expect a funny ecchi comedy with slightly dark themes like Prison School.

But it wasn't like that, i was very dissapointed and would only read for the slight ecchi scenes.

Some Characters are decent and some are rlly relatable but some are just rlly meh and are pretty common in other mangas that are probably better.

Enjoyment: 5/10
i did enjoy the first parts and enjoy some substories in it but the main story throws me off too much that it just ruins my enjoyment.

Overall: 5.25/10 (rounded off to 5)
i'd probably continue reading this just to see how some sub stories go but this is something i would not recommend to anyone.

Honestly, this manga is dumb, but it's enjoyable in a stupid kind of way. It's a decent way to pass some time if you have nothing better to do.

The characters are sort of bland, but that's to be expected. The art is rather nice. Trump showed up for a few panels, not sure what to think of that though. As far as I've read there hasn't been any explicit sex scenes, and when there is something sexual happening, it's been, for lack of a better word, compared to animals or food. A penis was compared to the head of a turtle. It was dumb, but ... so is the premise of this whole manga.

Either way, it isn't good, but it isn't unenjoyable by any means.
Just turn your brain off and enjoy the stupidity.

I went into this manga as I found the premise to be quite intriguing where as virgins above the age of 18 started dying out.

Firstly I want to start off with the art , it's nothing special and there's really nothing to comment on it , I would even say it's not even up to
standard for nowadays.

The story and character is a complete disaster and evident of slopping writing from the author, the story escalates at a crazy pace where events are happening rapidly with no vivid explanation of the reason behind it. This is worsened by the one dimensional characters that not ... only is bland and had inconsistent writing for their morals especially with the sudden change of the FMC midway. The supporting cast is just there for the sake of existing and you could not find them serving a purpose other than just forcing the plot forward and becoming irrelevant the next chapter.

Overall what I wanna say that this manga is one with a confusing ass story when you start reading and you couldn't grasp what on earth the author is even trying to convey with the story.
