This is not the best manga in the world, but it ain't bad either. It's like that type of movie you watch, and it's okay, but you probably ain't gonna go back to it ever again. It's also a pretty short read (13-16 pages per chapter, 18 chapters + 3 omakes), which is cool, but if it were longer, like 40-50 chapters, I probably wouldn't read it.
It tells the story of two third-year high schoolers: a gyaru and an uptight student council member. Every chapter presents a different story, but in all of them, the gyaru uses her body to tease the student council member
...
and make him feel embarrassed. But my boy ain't falling for that shit—he just doesn't bother with her teasing. Basically, his every reaction is this: 🗿🗿🗿. And that's basically it when it comes to the plot.
My biggest issue with this manga is that, at some point, the gyaru develops feelings for the council member, but you never really see it happen. One chapter, she's like, "I'm gonna act like a hoe and tease him for the fun of it," and in the next one, her whole attitude shifts to, "I'm gonna act like a hoe and make his heart skip a beat." I mean, the guy is cheerful, positive, and helpful, but he always acts the same way. He doesn't do anything special that would make the gyaru fall for him, nor do we get any chapter where she reflects on her relationship with him.
Also, the teasing ain't that creative—it's exactly what you would expect from this type of manga.
Other than that, I'm a pretty big fan of the mahou shoujo genre, and I like ecchi, so i really liked the omake where the gyaru is a magical girl, because I really wanted to see gyaru magical girl
