Both are romantic comedies with similar type of the main female characters, similar feelings when reading.

At first you gonna say they aren’t that similar but once you get to the point you’ll see the similarities the only different one has about 5 sisters. I recommend this two rom-com manga to love and enjoy

Both mangas are just great! I think you're gonna love it, if you liked either of them. In short, they both feature a guy and a girl who's fates have gotten entangled into one another's. Causing a lot of good stuff for us readers to enjoy, in the process. A Couple of Cuckoos essentially turns into a harem of three girls kind of dynamic. While Kanojo, Okarishimasu is a harem of four, although in practice only one girl shows explicit interest, another two are clearly into the MC but too shy/aren't honest about it. And the final one - we're still unclear about her, as of March  read more

Amagami seems to have a similar tone and scenario to Cuckoo regarding how arranged marriages effect the lives of the MC and the Heroines. The MC's character is somewhat similar, who is pictured to be a serious, studious guy who is kind at heart, whereas the Heroines on the other hand are quite different from each other, but it can be seen from both titles that the author has put in effort to make them all unique in their own way. While the MC gradually warms up to the heroines, hilarious comedic moments and heartfelt drama are bound to take place.

-Both MC is a smart guy who is crazy with studying. -The girls also have almost the similiar characters and roles... Sachi and Asahi are Imouto who can sometimes become Tsunderes, they have feelings for the MC and don't want the MC to treat them only as kids. Hiro and Yae are the type of One-san and cheerful girls, both are mysterious and hard to beat by the MC, they are girls who both can't read her mind by the MC. Erika and Yuna are MC's classmates, there's not much in common except they're both popular girls at their school. The nature of the two is quite different. Erika  read more

The premise of the story is quite similar where at first we are told Both MC is matched with a girl they don't know, the difference lies in main heroine, Erika is a flashy type of girl where she doesn't hesitate to show that she is popular while Souda is a girl who hides her true identity and becomes an ordinary girl at school so as not to attract attention to the fact that she is actually a beautiful girl.

Don't ever think that this has something in common in the drama section, at least this still revolves around romantic comedy. Keep in mind they are different, but I highly recommend it.

Well you have the MC who is loved by multiple girls and for some reason they all end up leaving together and have those rom-com moments events. The difference is how they get to the point on leaving together.

Both have a similar plot, the main couple are somehow forced to be together which leads to developing romantic feelings for each other.

Both being Romances/Comedy set at a young couple getting married. However, in Kakkou no Iinazuke they are being forced to, in Tonikaku Kawaii is because they actually want to. Also Tonikaku kawaii passes a vibe of "Neverending series", the author doesn't focus much on the story, Kakkou no Iinazuke has more of a Story, but that's not a defect on Tonikaku Kawaii.
