Tokyo Red Hood feels like a lowkey version of tokyo ghoul they both have non-humans trying to live lfe as humans

both are based around little red riding hood with a horror twist to it.

Tokyo Akazukin is very very gory, very shocking, the characters are pretty much demons that regenerate over and over, (some are, some aren't). The friend groups are very similar (like how they start off as enemies but become frenemies kinda). It's a lot like chainsaw man but with waaay more (really) NSFW panels and sorrow (in my opinion).

Anyway, both of these manga contain the following: Incredibly Bad-ass and extremely likable main characters with unbelievably powerful bodies. Gore. both have factions that are trying to help or hinder one another in the pursuit of a common goal and their self interest.

Both are gory, disturbing horror manga by Benkyo Tamaoki.

Both mangas have a strange feel to them and have violent but hot lolis as the main character.

Horrendous gore, bone-chilling visuals, and a creepily-cute girl to tie it all together in a nice intestine bow. Both Ibitsu and Tokyo Akazukin pride themselves as every drawing is detailed with ornate squiggles and jointed angles in all of their disembowelment moments and twisted limbs. The gore is prime in both mangas and for a horror genre, that is admirable. Their stories too are quite compelling, but fair warning, Tokyo Akazukin is VERY racy and a great amount of lolicon. That would definitely turn others away. For those with the stomachs and open-mindedness, give TA a try if Ibitsu charmed your bleeding, beating heart.
