Both manga have similar themes in that the main heroine is a Monster girl and I'm not talking of those cutesy ones like Monster Museum but actual Monsters. Both have gore and even cannibalism. If you are into girls who can and probably will kill you, these two are for you. 

Although the genres are a bit different, since Namae no Nai Kaibutsu is a horror crime story and Joou Heika no Isekai Strategy is a fantasy dark and violent one, they still share similarities, like their gruesome scenes or fantasy elements (spider monsters). The MC are both girls (tho in Namae there is another MC which is a boy), and are not afraid to kill or use their subordinates (spiders) to kill, and they are both monsters as well.
