Light-hearted with some angst at times but its really fluffy and funny.
Kirishima (the baby sitter yakuza) and Yaeka's (the kid getting babysitted) relationship is so cute. The author doesn't force Yaeka to open up immediately, but over the course of the chapters, she slowly opens up. The development of Yaeka's and Kirishima's relationship is steady. Kirishima also gets a character development (in the father like aspect).
All the characters are great including Yaeka's father. If you like stories focusing on kids and their relationships with the people around them, this story is the one!

!Warning! I will be mentioning Hinamatsuri a lot within this review!
I found this manga while looking for another father and daughter kind of relationship manga after re-reading Hinamatsuri (a great show and a manga btw I really recommend it) The manga was kind of different from what I expected, I'd say it was more of a heartwarming manga more than a comedy. Overall: 4.5 Story: 3.5 Very comedy filled less plot than a normal comedy show but still enjoyable for a person who's enjoyed Gakuen babysitters or Hinamatsuri's first 10 chapters, it may be boring once in a while because of how repetitive it is but at ... |
