~ The story is somewhat the same since Totally Captivated involves the Mafia while Okane ga Nai is set within a Financial Firm with loyal underlings and some action. Pun intended. It involves money, damsel in distress, and a persistent sex fiend. The semes are tall, sexy, perverted handsome men with short temper personalities which leads using violence when further angered. Yeah typical. The ukes differs since Ewon is uneffeminate, stubborn and strong willed while Ayase is cute, submissive and easily weep. "No Money" is more explicit than Totally Captivated but you can still experience some good 'ol smut with Mookyul x Ewon. Other guy's getting  read more

They are somehow similar in plot... Both the main characters (or the uke) owe money to the other main character (or the seme). Also both are yaoi or shounen ai.

They almost have the same plot... Another is that the ukes are cutie type and the semes are the big bad wolf type... : ) Also it deals with the semes being a highly feared person and the ukes being a goody two shoes....

*Both main boys is younger than the other person. *Both main boys is handsome and pretty, many times mistaken by people as a girl. *Both older guys are really protective over the main boys. *There is H/Scenes in both Manga.

The ukes' cute naivete and honest, straightforward characters are similar. So are the semes' pushiness and possessiveness. Both mangas exploit this setup with skill to create some really amusing situations.

Both series feature older, serious semes very much in love with their reluctant, younger ukes. Junjou Romantica is somehow more realistic and Misaki is a much better protagonist being a spunky, funny, more or less normal teenaged boy, providing the quirky Usami with a much needed dose of 'get off your high horse'. It's also hilariously funny. Okane Ga Nai goes the more hyperbolic route featuring the mafia, rape, oh and every man the girltastic Ayase meets goes gay for him. Also funny and surprisingly light and fluffy despite the heavy content.

Both mangas involve wealthy, powerful semes that are very overprotective of their ukes. The Finder Series involves a less girly uke, who constantly tries to act more independently, while in OGN the uke has more feminine features, with big innocent eyes and a small body, and can't really do a whole lot himself. Both mangas also include the ukes being sexually harassed by both the seme and other minor characters. However, the Finder Series is significantly more graphic.

Both have feminine ukes that need protection from their super protective semes.

In both stories, the protagonist is very cute and popular with women but mostly men for their cute like looks. Though in Okane ga Nai, the protagonist is actually a very kind hearted person and not rough at all. He seems very gentle. Though in both BL mangas, the protagonist is seen by people with want.

The story are really similar the both stars with a really nice guy who is really cute have loan being saved and then owns even bigger loan

Both mangas involve semes that fall in love with feminine-looking ukes that, initially, share no affection for the semes. The uke in MnKnT, however, does not ACT feminine, and is actually very mentally strong.

Hitomi looks like Ayase Yukiya from Okane Ga Nai. Tho plots are quite different, uke/seme combination are similar.

Ukes are kidnapped and must be saved by overprotective semes. Uke is kidnapped SIGNIFICANTLY more often in OGN, and molested about as many times (but, with that said, OGN is also a signficantly longer manga). (this recommendation may be a BIT more outlandish in the sense that the OGN uke is a VERY feminine character, and does not have the physical maturity of the UtCtAK uke. However, I will say I very much like both. If you're aiming for super overprotective seme, I'd go with OGN).

In these two manga there are the sex, the money and a history of love with a painful memory…

This is similar in various ways. It reflects what I said is found notorious in Yaoi's which this is. A rich male buys a weak individual. In this case it's a soft hearted boy who will do anything for family. In Kindan it's a young girl in need of love. Through "rape" or "reluctant sex" ---- or I have heard described in relation to work by Mayu Shinjo "concensual rape" (whatever that is! ugh!). This man of power and money dominates over their obsession in every way; particularly sexual... and calls it love. There are also issues  read more

First 3 chapters in Bi no Isu and OgN revolves around mafia world, where seme has high position in the family and sometimes acts violent yet caring. Although ukes are completely different, as the story in OgN goes on, they both stick with their semes and don't wish to let go. Both uke are in a way saved by their seme and that started their relationship.

In both manga seme buys uke and wants to treat him good and nice but because of ukes words, he ends up raping him over and over again.

Although this is not as long as Okane Ga Nai, but the plot is somekind the same. University student with a Black Mob Style man... Chapter 1 is quite good. I would strongly recommend it.

Both start out with the main character admiring another man, but findig faults in their image/relationship with him. The main character is unsure of his feelings, while the other one is recognizing his love for the other, but denies it at first. Yatteranneeze is a story that stirs up similar emotios to the ones you get from Okane ga Nai (that adorable bittersweet emotion >///<), although Yatteranneeze does not inclued as much... ahem..."intercourse" as Okane ga Nai, I do believe if you like one, you will like the other:)

In both, one person doesn't let the other go because of the debt they have (or so they say). However, Okane ga nai is yaoi manga.

Uke is indebted to seme.
