On surface level, it's a rather simple set up: Lazy OL trying to convince HS boy to slack around with her, but the execution is what makes it worth giving it a chance.
What i personally like about it is how it handles its main cast and their interactions with each other.
What most of these sort of manga have in common is how the relationship dynammic tends to be very one-sided, with an unbalanced power dynamic. What i mean is the relationship dynamics tend to fall either on A) A mother-like woman taking care of a helpless (usually girly) boy or B) A useless woman falling
...
for a responsible, mature boy.
In either case, there's a natural inbalance, which brings about most of the conflicts in the story, yet can be (and usually are) rather formulaic and predictable, characters also tend to be shallow and 1-dimmensional.
Luckly this manga presents us with more interesting characters than that. even when they present similar characteristics to many other OneexShota tropes, and could easily fall in the same formulas, avoid the pits by being their own unique characters and not shallow stereotypes.
The art is really good, too. I'd like to point out the girl MC design especially, she has some very subtle design elements that tell us efficiently that she is a young adult woman, not a 16 yo HS girl cosplaying as an OL. There's this "mature beauty" aura to her that's very dignified, while lesser manga tend to fall time and time again on the same, ahum, voluptuous designs.
The tone is also well achieved, more SoL than anything else, with some romance and comedy thrown in, and a little lewdness every now and then, but always tasteful and never too much.
So basically: fun, relaxing and cute. good art and good characters. The first few chapters are kind of samey, but after it finds its footing it becomes on of the best, if not the best in its niche.
