Similarities: 1. Both have that older woman to younger guy kind of relationship. 2. Both have the same situation where the couples had already done it (know what I'm saying ?) 3. Both have the same Echii and Romance genre. Dissimilarities: Age differences: In one manga there is a 20 year age difference between the guy and woman, while in the other manga there is either a 4 to 6 year age gap between the woman and guy. Female MC's personality and standing: In one manga the woman is an OL and a divorcee who wants to get pregnant with another guy ,while in the other manga the woman was a teacher in training who can be Promiscuous at times.  read more
