Manga: Ao no Hako
They are both romance manga where the main love interests are involved in some kinda sport, they're also both shounen and take place in a high school setting.

Manga: Kimi to Boku no Saigo no Senjou, Aruiwa Sekai ga Hajimaru Seisen
Both follow the "Star Crossed Lovers" trope with people on opposite sides with a forbidden love. KimiSen is fantasy action while Rough is slice of life sports, but both feature two main protagonists who learn about and fall in love with people on other sides, and both are reminiscent of the classic tale of Romeo and Juliet.

Manga: Yume de Aetara
Story progresses in a slow manner, along with romance, and were published around the same years so art and storytelling methods seem similar. But, Yume de Aetara is more of the rigours of a couple while Rough is more of the process before it, and has sports in it.

Manga: H2
Rough is basically the short version of H2. Instead of baseball, the same type of characters used in H2 and Touch are now talented swimmers.
