When people try to explain why they love a manga so much, you might find the usual "I love the characters", "really like the art", "world building!!". Which, by no means is a bad thing, but an element of manga that is not very commonly talked about it panelling. It's very easy to confuse composition and panelling, but hopefully this list will help you experience the true beauty of how important panel structure is to maintain consistent flow whilst reading!

Soothing manga all about making food or commonly has them making food. (or consuming delicious looking snacks or drinks a lot)
I also add ones where they make food out of things they made or caught themselves ( for example Houkago Teibou Nisshi)

It reflects on the temporary nature, or ephemerality, of the human condition — that neither the bad, nor good, moments in life ever indefinitely last. The general sentiment is often expressed in wisdom literature throughout history and across cultures, but the specific phrase seems to have originated in the writings of the medieval Persian Sufi poets.

Seinen Manga often follows this unrealistic rhetoric of dark, violent, and sexual, whilst remaining consistent in a detailed and realistic style of art. However, not only is this an uneducated and rigid framework, but remains damaging by further perpetuating gender stereotypes.
