Both ukes are very strong and beat people up. However, YNM is darker, while JdWnK is a very light read. In JdWnK, the uke is small, seemingly harmless, and cute, while YNM's uke is hot, flirtatious, and very mysterious.

Both about a pretty boy who is violent because of this, and then falls for another guy eventually cute plot line,

Both ukes use their raw power to beat up classmates on a regular basis. Junjou has a more adorable setting, though, and the uke is actually of a small stature. He gets into fights because people call him "cute", and feels mocked. In contrast, Rush!'s uke fights only to find a stronger opponent, and is more of a violent, frightening delinquent.

Both ukes very physically strong. In Junjou, despite uke's small stature, he's always beating people up for calling him "cute". In Tight-rope, uke is more reserved, and only fights when necessary (seme is a yakuza, so he runs into quite a few scuffles).

Both mangas contain very prideful ukes that despise being misused or ill-treated. In IIR, the uke is molested, and in Junjou the uke is picked on for his small stature and cute face. Both ukes take revenge through means of violence. Junjou, however, is a much lighter, and more humorous read.

Both mangas focus on two different couples, both of which exist in the same setting. In both couples, the ukes are cute and small, and the semes are very overprotective of them (even more so in OnM).
