Manga: Kawaii dake ja Nai Shikimori-san
Both manga have their female MCs liking the male MCs for who they are. To elaborate Shikimori supports and loves Izumi despite his bad luck causing inconveniences while Takamine loves Shibuki despite his insecurity of how short he is. Both manga are about the male MCs accepting and growing from their situation and falling in love.

Similar characters. The tall girl is in love with a shorter person. both manga are nice rom coms with looking up to you being more philisophical. on of them is more lighthearted and comedy based while the other tries to look deeper into relationships like this and is more focused on the romance aspect.
