Manga: Hapi Mari: Happy Marriage!?
Very similar concept overall, where a poor girl works under a rich guy and they fall in love. Both male leads and female leads are very similar and they all have great chemistry together.

Manga: Boku no Hatsukoi wo Kimi ni Sasagu
Both mangas have really strong female lead who knows what they want and are not affraid to face their loved one's problems and support them during hard times. :)

Manga: Ouran Koukou Host Club
She's just a poor girl and he's just a rich boy. How ever will they meet and fall in love? Ouran is much more light hearted and happy go lucky while Diamond Life deals with heavy topics such as business, finances, and something else I can't mention due to spoilers. Haruhi and Kanae are both strong, mature, inspiring women who are capable of taking care of themselves and keeping their pride. While both gals earn back their debt, they change our rich boys perspectives on life.

Manga: Vitamin
if you want actual slice of life that doesn't sugar coat then you'll like both. While diamond life tends to be more positive (mostly because its longer and does more character development being 3 vol. instead of 3 chapters), both deal with real issues. But vitamin is also extremely well done. Both are definitely must reads!!!
