Both start off very similar, a Japanese man is summoned to another world, however this isn't an isekai where they start off with OP powers. Both are tortured and treated as slaves while trying to cultivate the power of the MC. In Kuro no Maou, the MC manages to escape, whereas in Yondome wa Iya na Shizokusei Majutsushi the MC dies and is reborn a second time, this time vowing to kill humans. Both are revenge stories. 

mc is kinda like vampire in both reancarnation in yodome it takes time for mc to turn into vampire so start might be a bit borinhg 

both are vampires reancarnted/summoned 3 times  

Both manga has an MC who were once human and got reincarnated into a monster class. Both are very strong and created a tribe/village of monsters. The only different are the age of the MC and the species they reincarnated into.
