I picked up the first volume of "Become You" from the library. It looked interesting and it was written by the author who wrote "Orange". The main character is described as a person who is persistent and never gives up, which is a theme through these 5 chapters. He strives to be a better musician that stems from his love for music, but he struggles with performing confidently.

This review comes only after reading the first volume, merely 5 chapters, but it's all that there is out so I'll do my best.
Story: I don't normally do these niche mangas about something very particular (such as cooking, glass blowing, or someone trying to be a star through music, like this one). I only decided to read it because of the author. I scored the story a 6, because it's not necessarily unique, but it's still a good premise and not COMPLETELY played out. Art: Very good.
