I'm unsure if its because Koushin Koinu ni Koibumi wo or A Love Letter for the Marching Puppy is only 9 chapters in, but I believe this is one of the most underrated yuri mangas out right now! It's a senpai/kouhai story like Bloom Into You & the two share the sweetness between the couple, so I do recommend this manga especially for fans of Bloom Into You because of that. This manga isn't just a copy of Bloom Into You however as the mangaka [Tama Tamasaki]'s decision to make the setting/environment of a military school in A Love Letter allows different problems & situations

A military girl's Yuri manga..? Pass. If that's what you're thinking, STOP RIGHT THERE! On a serious note, this Yuri manga is seriously a treasure amongst the endless Yuri manga which are more or less just copy and pastes of something you've read before. Every aspect of this manga exceeds in my eyes. the development towards the end regarding practically all the primary characters, the way the plot ties into other affairs, the side characters, etc, it's everything you could want from a Yuri series with the exception of being in a military setting. The setting also adds a sense of creativity to the series.

I think this is most likely one of the most underrated Yuri manga I've read. it's pretty good would recommend it. Its characters a silly and cute and you fall in love with them and are pulled into the story, their feelings become your feelings and you find yourself subconsciously cheering them on and I think that's the stamp of great characters with careful development. The story progresses smoothly never feeling sluggish at parts, it always has something going on but it flows in a way it feels natural, not forced or overwhelming. Being able to get the reader to lose themself into your art

This is such a gorgeous shoujo ai that I've got the chance to ever read this year about two solider girls in love. Seriously the art is out of this world like just look at the cover lads like c'mon Tamasaki Tama should deserve a pat in the back for it!
I really liked how the story goes and how it really drew me in. This ladies and gentlemen, is ALWAYS rare for me when it comes to Yuri/Shoujo ai like there's a lotta digging involved when trying to find the best GL manga out there lol. Kagami and Indou are just so adorable together ... May 18, 2022
First yuri manga, read it for it's military aesthetic, stayed for its story and romance.
Story: Well the story of Koushin Koinu ni Koibumi wo is more than just yuri, it showcases the idea of having someone as an inspiration, being motivated by that someone to do better and someday becoming a person that can watch over them or be with them till the end of the world. It's really cute how we get to see Indou slowly develop herself each chapter and how her development also affects the people around her. Art: The art itself is really good, a lot of cute characters, and a lot of funny ... |
