Seinen manga that can be enjoyed by underage (-18) readers.
Most of them are Comedy/Sports/SOL based.

!!! Waga Na wa Umishi Chapter 131 contains some uncensored nudity (I was totally caught off-guard) so you can read up to 130 without any problem, or skip 131 and go straight to 132 because you won't miss out on anything important.
Also, Hokuhokusei ni Kumo to Ike shows some of those scenes (Ch 8 + cover of Ch 10).
Dr. Kumahige has an unnecessary boob exposed moment in Ch 18.

A list of manga where the protagonist can see and/or interact with supernatural entities and spirits.

Almost none of them have magic or pure fantasy elements*.
Not always adventure, but at least they show very secluded areas and/or gorgeous landscapes.

Manga about protagonists that's lives changed for the better due to a change in how they see the world, themselves and those around them, though there are some that must go through hardships before they are able to change.

The change in these protagonists aren't instant and some of the included protagonists take a long time to change or just have a more natural gradual change that is more apparent once you have gotten further into the story.

A stack for manga I think are best read during the summer: series with vibes that make me associate them with summer. Most of these series are set during the summer as well.

Seinen Manga often follows this unrealistic rhetoric of dark, violent, and sexual, whilst remaining consistent in a detailed and realistic style of art. However, not only is this an uneducated and rigid framework, but remains damaging by further perpetuating gender stereotypes. Here is a list of manga I have gathered published within the seinen demographic which feature softer, more feminine approach to concepts and stories.
