Megami no Sprinter is a very well executed Ecchi manga with sports. In the plot, we have MC as a teenager who wants to become the best runner in his school. His brother was a famous runner who had a time capable of entering the Olympics, unfortunately due to a knee injury he gave up everything and went to America.
His wife thought that because she was "wild in bed" he left her and traveled abroad. So she stopped running (but she loves it and came back with everything at the end of the manga). MC's brother and his wife switch positions (he is the new

MC stayed with Saya (his rival's girlfriend and sister, he didn't like the relationship since he is a siscon, but he didn't stop her because of that). That was the end, if you want to masturbate to the manga it's worth it, but the fetishes didn't really get to me, there are foot fetishes (I don't like), breasts (big, medium and small), butts and others too. Remembering that the theories about testosterone are obviously false, don't worry.
