Since no one else has written a review for this manga, I guess I’ll write one. This is my first review on this site, so I apologize if it looks messy.
I highly recommend this manga for those searching for a decent reverse harem shoujo manga. I mean the reverse harem genre is pretty hard to find in manga and when you do find it, there’s only a a good handful of decent ones (I don't count the ones adapted to anime). female lead or maybe two if you’re lucky. The other guys are there just for show, so it's not a true reverse harem. This manga however, is a true reverse harem, so look no further if that’s what you’re searching for.
Story: (7/10)
I wouldn’t take this manga too seriously. It’s meant to be a light, enjoyable read, but it’s nothing really special or anything complex. This story is character-driven, focusing on Matsuri's (the female lead) relationships with idols she encounters as her brothers lead her into the idol world. Being a reverse harem, it of course has romantic, swoon-worthy moments. However, it is obvious who actually stands a chance as a real romantic interest. On top of that, it also has its comedic moments and later on events that push the plot forward with conflict which helps make the story entertaining.
I also want to give a warning. There is some romance between the female lead and her brothers, BUT they are not related by blood. They moved in together like two months before the story begins, so I think it would be hard to consider their relationship as true incest. However, I know some may be put off by step-sibling romantic love.
Characters: (7/10)
Since this is a reverse harem, I don’t care much for Matsuri's characterization. But I will say she’s a decent lead. She is the stereotypical kind and good-natured shoujo protagonist who works hard to do good things. However, she doesn’t seem weak-willed or a pushover like some other female leads I’ve encountered within shoujo manga. Unless you count throwing a cake at her bickering brothers as weak-willed. The other main characters are her brothers and other idol groups. They all have distinct personalities and looks to them that help make up the harem aspect of the manga. As bishes of a reverse harem, I would say that they're all enjoyable.
Art: (8/10)
I like the art. It’s very nice on the eyes and portrays the boys as total bishies, which 100% needed for reverse harems. I wouldn’t say it’s absolutely gorgeous but I would say it’s suitable enough to make the boys of the harem appear as eye candy. That's the most important thing for reverse harems, isn't it? I would like to add that the panels are kinda big, that the expressions are well done on portraying the characters' emotions, and that there's heavy focus on the characters' appearance which all contributes in making the manga a pretty immersive experience for the reader. Sometimes, it's hard for people to get into manga, so I thought that may be worth noting.
Enjoyment: (7/10)
It was a pretty fun read to have whenever I wanted to pass time or was bored. Currently I'm stopped at ten chapters, because I haven't been able to find an English translation for the following chapters. I have no idea when the next English translation may be available, so it's important to keep in mind while reading this that you may not be able to finish the story until that happens. I would still read it anyways, because as I've said it's fun to read for fans of the reverse harem genre.
