Both works are written by the same author, FUNA, and take a cute light hearted, whimsical approach to the isekai genre. Although they do fall into the isekai genre, and contain many cliched tropes common in isekai, I cannot call them cliche. They put a comedic twist on traditional scenes, ad the characters don't always act like you would expect. 

Both main character's get sent to another world Isekai: the main character was a pharmacist in his previous life and uses his past medical knowledge to create medicine to help the people in the new world Ikinobimasu: the main character asks for a cheat to create any potion she wants to survive in the new world  

Both character's get sent to another world Kuro no Iyashi Te: the main character gets sent to another world as healer that can heal anyone with her magic Ikinobimasu: the main character asks for a cheat to create any potion she wants to survive in the new world and heals people through her potions
