Manga: Sachi-iro no One Room
It's not completely similar but they reminded me of each other as they're both romance(?) mangas with a dark twist. Sachi-iro being about a girl and her kidnapper, and Sensei no Yasashii Koroshikata being about a girl and a murderer.

They are both about a psychopath that murders serial killers in a similar way they have been killing their victims.

Manga: Death Note
Both is about killing bad people (murders). One big difference is that in Death Note the protagonist sees himself as a god. But I enjoyed both.

Manga: Boku to Senpai no Tekken Kousai
Both stories are about ML killing murderers. Both have romantic subtext. Both ML want to protect FL because of their philosophies. Both can be pretty bloody. Both have high school settings.
