this is technically the True Route's sequel, though it seems more like the actual epilogue. the game ending didn't give much informations about the characters and their feelings, but this LN makes up for that.

STORY - 9
it shows us what happens to the characters after the game, in addition to explaining the consequences that patients of the syndrome have had.

ART - 8
it's good and detailed. there isn't much to say.

CHARACTER - 10
all of the characters are well-written, more or less. the protagonist is not present in the book, you have some sign of him only thanks to Senri's letters.

Following up the True Route of the Chaos;Child visual novel is certainly no easy feat. Myself and many other readers found that segment to be the absolute best part of the novel and what cemented it as a masterpiece. So where does this novel go? Without giving away too much, it's essentially an extended epilogue to the true route, and it follows some of the characters from their perspective as they deal with the aftermath and moving on with their lives.

Story - 9/10

As stated, readers need to keep in mind that this is an EPILOGUE. Don't come here expecting a sequel, and don't come ...
