Both manga have women using their discernment to serve customers food or drinks that lead to solving their problems. Tamako is set in a diner and has more of a mysterious psychic component to knowing what to serve, whereas Madoromi Barmaid has the bartender listen carefully to the client's troubles before serving the perfect drink. 

Both manga are about cocktails and solving problems, but Osake wa Fuufu is about home drinking and the problems are very light and easily resolved. Madoromi Barmaid is more about suggesting things to customers via the cocktail's story. 

Bar Lemon Heart is the grandfather of this subgenre of gourmet manga. Madoromi Barmaid mostly focuses on mixed drinks and cocktails, whereas Bar Lemon Heart talks about kinds of alcohol, but both are educational and entertaining.
