Manga: Kobato.
Kobato has a really nice feel to it. There are also a lot of similar aspects (i.e. kind of a tie in?) to each other. I found Wish to be a good, cute read. You get the lighthearted story with cute characters, but also a good bit of that key character development. And, of course, there's always that little conflict that makes things even better.

Manga: Pita-Ten
If you can't get enough romance with angels, both of these titles are for you! Wish and Pita Ten may not seem similar besides the angel aspect, but both have a surprise tragedy.

Manga: Suki. Dakara Suki
Same author and a bitter-sweet love story about angels, devils and a human caught in the middle.

Manga: Clover
Both manga are made by the same authors and they are heavily focused on relationships. They are both fantasy but Clover is set in a completely different world unlike Wish. They both feature childish and innocent girl that is different from everyone and has some special powers. The main leads are also very similiar in nature and they both have important jobs. Both manga explore replationship and backstory of other charaters but Clover does it more and goes deeper while in Wish it's short and part of the main story. Both stories are touching and there are many similiarities.

Manga: RG Veda
Of course they're both from CLAMP the art style is similar but RG Veda gets much darker than Wish they both have cute relationships and cool characters both good and evil

Manga: Chobits
Guy and girl in sort of "teaching about the world" relationship with obvious concequences, the difference? Kohaku is an angel, Chi is a robot chobits is funnier but the characters are just as cool
