Well this is similar where the couple works and I'm sure you'll like this one as well. This is about 2 couples both are otakus in their own kind.

Manga: Ase to Sekken
At a glance, it looks like the series is just some fanservice-ecchi kind but it actually a pretty wholesome romance with a great interaction/development between the mc and fmc. Both series take place in office and casual places. Ase to Sekken starts the series where the main characters are in a relationship pretty early in the series while Bijin Onna Joushi Takizawa-san is more of a traditional way but with pretty fast development.

Manga: Toshiue Elite Onna Kishi ga Boku no Mae de dake Kawaii
Younger male attracted to older female and there's a lot of teasing going around between the two. However, the settings are completely different. Takizawa-san takes place in a corporate real-world setting whereas Toshiue Elite Onna Kishi takes place in a fantasy, medieval setting.

1. The MC is a new employee in new departement 2. The Main Heroine (Takizawa and Shishidou) both are great boss and have a naice body 3. The story is good to read with humor.

Fujiyama-san wa Shishunki starts the series where the main characters are in a relationship pretty early in the series while Bijin Onna Joushi Takizawa-san is more of a traditional way but with pretty fast development.

Manga: Kobayashi-san wa Jimi dakedo.
Both manga feature a light-hearted romance in an office environment. Though in case of Kobayashi-san wa jimi dakedo, both the male and female lead are similar is status in their company, while in Bijin Onna Joushi Takizawa-san, the female lead is in supervision position where many (including the male lead) are working directly under her. If you like office romance, you can give both of the manga a go.
