Recommendations

Both series are about young Asian people trying to find their way in NY, overcoming thier family problems and being a foreigner in a foreign country. The manhwa is more "harsh": there is no happy time or lucky strike, it's really realistic and highly dramatic. On the other side, Steel Rose is more a love comedy, with stereotyped characters: the main couple is perfectly composed by two lovers refusing their gender (graphically and sometimes even psychologically).

Both female characters dont want to fall in love and they dont notice the love from the main male characters. And they dont like watching people being clingy or lovely dovey

The stories and characters are pretty different but the fact that they are manhua with settings in NY and Paris is similar and they incorporate people from the design world. If you like The One give Steel Rose a try. The prequel to Steel Rose, Ingenuo is about the world of photography and this runs into Steel Rose too and so does fashion, so if you like The One try both this and it's parent story. Lois, the male lead, will appeal to readers who don't mind a man who does not care  read more

If you liked W Juliet try Steel Rose. Both have a couple where the guy and girl seem like the opposite of what is typical of the sexes. In Steel Rose, she is a taekwondo olympic athlete while in W Juliet she is the daughter of a doujo owner and good at martial arts. The guy in W Juliet is forced to play the other gender for his acting career while in Steel Rose he seems more feminine yet both are straight.
